Program 1:31 Update
Program 1:31 is a Path Choices initiative to build "might" worldwide through reading. The 1:31 comes from a chapter and verse in the bible, in the book of Isaiah. For certain bean counts we make off our web site, we donate one book to a noble program or non-profit organization anywhere in the world. (By being on our mailing list, you are contributing to this program.) These books are selected and purchased by Path Choices based on wish lists, at no cost to you or the organization receiving the books. Encourage your friends to sign up for the newsletter!
Here are the books donated so far:

"In a job interview, whether you are liked or not accounts for about 40% of the hiring decision." Tony Beshara, USA Today 2/28/2008
Thoughts to ponder:
What makes some people likeable and others just annoying?
What about me is likeable?
How can I further enhance these likeable qualities?

Thought Mining
Each month we run a little contest. We pose a question or problem, and then you E-mail in your thoughts and responses. Our panel of experts sort through the entries, like they're mining for the best nugget of truth. The response they like the best will be published in the next month's edition of Path Master. Send your E-mail to Info@PathChoices.com, and in the subject line type the name of the problem (e.g., The Cash Shortage). All entries must be submitted by the 15th of the month following the newsletter distribution.
The Cash Shortage
Here's the scene: You're at work and a coworker and friend--Pat--starts talking about financial woes, how much he/she hates the job, and how tough the family life is just scraping by. You know that they live paycheck to paycheck, and you know they don't waste a lot of money. Pat just doesn't have much hope. You feel compelled to give Pat some advice or some words of encouragement. Would you say anything, and if so, what would you say?
Tough situation, isn't it? E-mail you response to Info@PathChoices.com by April 15, 2008. In the subject line type, "The Cash Shortge." Then type how you would best respond.
