As an ERC, you will be endorsed on our web site for referrals, and you will be trusted by the public as a resource they can go to in confidence.

We call them "resume creators" rather than resume writers because simple writing skills fall way short of producing reumes that get results. Our ERCs must adhere to rigorous standards of Path Choices, including the following:

• A commitment to consider the resume as a teaching tool rather than as just another advertisement or self-marketing scam
• A commitment to always be totally truthful and to never falsify, exaggerate, or even "bend the truth" on a resume
• A commitment to create resumes based on the needs, wants, and realities of the hiring manager, showing them how your clients can relieve their pain and take their business to the next level
• A commitment to pray for your clients and the hiring managers immediately prior to drafting a resume
