Here are some of our clients, our customers, and other folks we've been helping out recently:
About Us
Have you ever walked down the streets of Anywhere, USA? Have you ever looked into the eyes of your coworkers and really seen behind the mask? Have you ever looked into the eyes of someone struggling to live paycheck to paycheck? Have you ever heard the remarks from people longing for the work day to be over? Have you ever been one of these people? I know I have. Path Choices is dedicated to the vacant stares from people who have been totally discouraged or disheartened by their work. To those who want to grab hold of their destiny and never let go. To those who want to spread their wings and take off. People who want to discover--or rediscover--the fire that burns within. To sum it up, Path Choices is dedicated to those who are restless in their career path and searching for something more. Sound ambitious? We are! To run this mission, we have ten commandments we pursue: 1. We shall learn from all of our successes and failures. 2. We shall be humble and give praise, thanks, and recognition freely to those who help us or are in alignment with our purpose and direction. In saying thanks, we will name the individual, the company they work for, and what specifically they did that we liked. 3. We shall always tell the truth, even if it’s embarrassing and uncomfortable. 4. We shall treat everyone with dignity. 5. We shall give specific tools and processes, in addition to conceptual ideals. 6. We shall make everything we sell a great return on the investment for people who buy our products. Product prices will be affordable to someone living paycheck to paycheck. 7. We shall never forget what is behind the mask. 8. We shall not get into politics or making judgments about political views or actions. 9. We shall never borrow money. 10. We shall provide the best programs in the world.
Path Choices was created by James Hale. Here’s a little about James: James Hale is CEO of Path Choices, a Kentucky-based company created to help people harness their talents, ignite their careers, and release their souls. Previously, James served for five years as the training manager for the Kentucky Transportation Cabinet, an organization of some 5,000 employees. James has been a guest lecturer on the local and national scene. He is a certified public manager and a certified instructor for COPE courses (better known as Ropes Courses). James is also a contract trainer specializing in personal finances and management classes for a variety of organizations–public and private. A registered professional geologist, James spent several years working for Kentucky’s Environmental Protection Cabinet. During his last year with the Environmental Cabinet, James had more of his staff recognized as outstanding employees than any other section of the Cabinet. James is a past-president of Capital City Toastmasters and a former overseer with the Capital Area Christian Homeschoolers. He serves on the Kentucky Local Health Merit Personnel Council and the Board of Directors for the Thoroughbred Figure Skating Club. He is an avid Sunday school teacher and on the Leadership Committee and the Finance Committee for his church. He also coaches tee-ball. James is married to Kari, whom he loves very much, and together they homeschool the three kids who are still in the nest, Rachael, Jackson, and Ethan. Barbara, his oldest, is also a source of endless pride and admiration for James.
