By using Path Choices goods and services, you agree to abide by these rules:

1. Confidentiality. If you send Path Choices an E-mail or otherwise share with us a question or an experience, we will assume we can print it and use it in our newsletter, website, or other goods or services, unless you specifically request that we not do this.

2. Warranties. Path Choices provides goods and services for education and to explore various topics. There are no warranties of any kind, either expressed or implied, including fitness of the material for a particular purpose. Path Choices does not warrant that any information is complete or accurate, or that any information is free of rogue programming. (Isn’t that a great term—rogue programming! It means viruses, worms and other evil creatures lurking in the shadows of cyber-world. Get a firewall, some spy-ware, and virus protection—you’ll be glad you did!)

3. Release and Indemnity. Under no circumstances shall Path Choices be liable for any damages that may result from the use or inability to use Path Choices goods or services. You hereby release and waive any and all claims and/or liabilities against Path Choices arising from or in connection with your use of Path Choices goods or services.

4. Personal Uses Permitted. You shall not post, publish, transmit, reproduce, distribute, or in any way use or exploit any Path Choices information for any purpose without our written permission and without giving Path Choices due credit. If you plagiarize, it is stealing–and you can’t make good path choices if you fall prey to unethical temptations.

5. Professional Advice. Path Choices is in the opinion business. We are not in the business of offering any type of counseling or legal information or advice. These matters are to be handled solely by licensed professionals familiar with laws and practices relevant to your particular situation.
